Summer's here...and the time is right for road trips.  Age-defying Athletes head off in all directions to visit friends and family and see the sights.  If a vehicular adventure is in store for you, use it to also discover new sports.  For instance, instead of just hiking through the Appalachians, why not explore some of the region by canoe?  And if golfing Arizona is on your dance card, add swims in municipal pools along the way.  Most cities have a list on their websites...such as this one from Phoenix.  Have fun and send us a postcard!
